ABOUT

Laura Pintchik lives and works in NYC. She studied Architecture while attending the University of Colorado where she received her BFA.  Most recently she studied sculpture and drawing at the New York Studio School.

Laura is mostly interested in gesture and how the body vibrates with signals of communication.  Recently, she has been drawing inspiration from a collection of stereoscopic slides which she deconstructs to highlight and elevate gesture in everyday activities.
